Before You Book: Frequently Asked Questions

How do I rent a bike?
To rent a bike, please make an appointment by email or phone/WhatsApp. Ideally, use the reservation section on our website. It works like a small e-shop – you can add different bikes and accessories (e.g. helmets, panniers) to your basket. You’ll see the total price per day at checkout. No prepayment is needed — you pay when you pick up the bikes (cash or card).
What is included in a tour package?
Our tours include bike rental, equipment, and related services like bike and luggage transport. Select your tour from the tour section, add it to your basket, and give us your travel dates and key info (height, weight if over 100 kg) to help us prepare suitable bikes. You’ll receive further instructions and payment info by email.
Can I walk in without a reservation?
Yes, but please note that we don’t have a traditional storefront. Most of our bikes are kept in a storage facility and must be brought to the service point. So if you come without an appointment, you may have to wait.
What does the rental price include?
All rentals include a lock and a basic puncture repair kit. Helmets are free of charge for minors (under 18); adults can rent a helmet for 50 CZK (2 EUR) per day.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a refundable deposit is required. You can leave it in EUR, USD, or GBP. We will also take a photo of your ID, driver’s license, or passport for verification.
Do you deliver bikes to hotels in Prague?
Yes, we offer hotel delivery within Prague:
• Up to 2 km: 200 CZK per bike
• Up to 4 km: 400 CZK per bike
• Up to 10 km: 600 CZK per bike
Are group or long-term discounts available?
Yes! We offer discounts for rentals of 3+ days or for groups of 6 or more people (except for touring bikes, which are excluded from discounts due to expected heavy use).
